Q: Do you sell physical products?
No. All of our games and resources are downloadable files that you can print on your home printer or in a copy shop. The files are instantly available after purchase. Full instructions are included with each product to help you print, assemble (if necessary) and use the resource.
Q: Is it secure to buy from Tea Time Monkeys website?
We use a secure platform called Payhip to manage the payments and delivery of our digital downloads. Payments are processed via Paypal or Stripe – neither Tea Time Monkeys nor Payhip store any credit card details on our sites or servers.
Q: Do I need to create an account in order to buy?
No! We have simplified the process so that you do not need to register or create an account with us in order to make a purchase from our site.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your downloads using Paypal or your credit/debit card. Simply select your preferred method at checkout.
Q: Is VAT included in the price?
The prices displayed on the product pages do not include VAT. This is because you may or may not have to pay VAT, depending on your country. If you live in the European Union (EU) you must pay VAT at the rate that applies in your own country. The VAT will be automatically calculated at checkout and added to the total.
Q: How do I make a purchase?
Making a single purchase:
- If you only want to buy one product you can make a direct purchase by clicking the “Buy now” button. A secure checkout popup window will appear.
- Enter your email address
- Click “Yes” to confirm that you are aware that the purchase is for a digital download
- Select your preferred method of payment
- If you choose Paypal, you will be redirected to your Paypal account to process the transaction.
- If you choose to buy with a card, you will be asked to enter your card details. This process is securely managed via Stripe, and your card details are not stored on our server.
- Click “Buy now”
- Once the transaction has been verified, a new popup window will appear with your download links so you can download your files directly. You will also receive an email containing the links.
Purchasing multiple items:
- If you want to buy more than one product, you can use the “Add to cart” buttons.
- As soon as you add a product to your cart, the cart icon will appear in the top right hand corner of the page.
- The number in red shows the amount of items you have in the cart. You can click on the icon to see all the products you currently have in your cart, as well as the total cost of your purchase including VAT. The products will remain in your cart while you browse other pages.
- To remove an item from the cart, simply click “remove” next to the product. If you have a problem seeing or removing items from your cart, try refreshing your page.
- We offer discounts when you buy certain products together. The discount will be automatically applied when you add the eligible products to your cart.
- When you are ready to purchase, just click the checkout button at the bottom of the cart tab and the checkout window will appear. The payment process is the same as previously described.
Q: How do I use a discount coupon?
We regularly send special discount coupons for different products to our email subscribers.
- To use your coupon, click on “Add coupon” in the checkout window.
- Enter the coupon code and click “Add coupon”
- You will see the new price with the discount applied.
- Click “Continue with purchase”
- Complete the purchase as described above.
Q: How do I access my downloads after purchase?
Once your transaction has been verified, a new popup window will appear with your download links so you can download your files directly. You will also receive an email containing the links that you can save if you want download your purchase later, or need to re-download in the future. Check your SPAM folder if you can’t see the email in your inbox. If you accidentally delete the email or can’t find it and need to re-download your files, please contact us. We will need the email address you used at the time of purchasing to locate your order and re-send the links.
Q: Can I get a refund on my purchase?
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on purchases. Due to the fact that our products are digital files, once you have purchased them they cannot be returned. However, if the files are damaged or corrupted in any way please contact us and we will replace the files for you free of charge. Please see our Returns Policy for full information.
